Welcome to PageSorted. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. PageSorted provides done-for-you website building, digital business cards, and related services for tradespeople and small businesses. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
We build and look after your website so you can focus on your trade.
PageSorted provides a managed website building service that includes a mobile-first trade website, a digital business card (LinkProfile), a shareable QR code, click-to-call and WhatsApp buttons, a contact form, and web hosting. We build and maintain your website on your behalf based on the information and materials you provide. Additional services such as extra pages, reviews integration, and photo gallery upgrades are available as paid add-ons.
€39/month, no setup fee. We'll give you 30 days' notice before any price changes.
The PageSorted Starter plan is billed at €39 per month. Add-ons are billed at their listed monthly rates (e.g. Extra Page at €10/mo, Reviews Boost at €9/mo, Photo Gallery Upgrade at €5/mo). There is no setup fee. Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Cancel anytime — no contracts, no exit fees. Your service stays on until the end of the billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts and no exit fees. Upon cancellation, your service remains active until the end of your current paid billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. To cancel, contact us via email or WhatsApp.
Your content and domain are yours. Always. We'll never hold them hostage.
You own your domain name and all content you provide to us, including text, images, and business information. If you cancel your subscription, your domain remains yours and can be transferred to another provider. We will not hold your domain or data hostage. Any content we create on your behalf (website copy, layouts) is yours to keep. We may retain anonymised, aggregated data for analytics purposes.
Our platform and templates belong to us, but you're free to use them while subscribed.
The PageSorted brand, platform, templates, code, and design systems remain the intellectual property of PageSorted. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use our platform and templates for the duration of your subscription. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicence PageSorted services or templates without written permission.
We do our best, but we can't guarantee perfection. Our liability is capped at 3 months of fees.
PageSorted provides its services on an 'as is' basis. We strive for high availability and quality but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PageSorted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
If we update these terms, we'll let you know at least 14 days in advance.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
